행정고시 5급공채 기출문제와 입법고시 기출문제 분석 20년치 문제를 전부 검토할때까지.\n난 그동안 뇌 가소성이나 습관 루틴이 시간을 반드시 지켜야 되는건줄 알았는데 뇌는 \u0026quot;몇 시\u0026quot;라는 추상적 정보보다 \u0026quot;행동 A 다음은 행동 B\u0026quot;라는 절차적 기억(Procedural Memory) 을 훨씬 더 강력하게 각인한다고 한다. 이는 의지력을 담당하는 전두엽의 개입 없이 기저핵(Basal Ganglia)을 통해 행동을 자동화한다. 선생님 말씀 잘 듣고 뇌에 모범생의 루트가 각인된 사람과 나같이 지멋대로 공부하고 학문으로 성공경험이 없는 실패를 연속한 행시 십수생의 뇌는 다를수 밖에...\n더 정확하게는 난 십수생이라고 할수도 없다.\n그저 참가에 의의만 두고 십년을 인생을 허비한 정신빠진 한심한 인간실격의 잉여인간이랄까.\n한번도 제대로 달려본적도 공부를 제대로 해본적도 없는 나같은 쓰레기통 뇌한테는 그 어떤 효과적이라는 뇌가소성 학습법이니 습관법도 전혀 먹히질 않았다.\n습관과 학습은 꾸준한 반복에 달렸다던 윌리엄 제임스의 심리학도 이론적으로는 확신하는데\n문제는 내가 행동으로 옮겨지지가 않는다.\n정말 내 자신한테 지긋지긋하다.\n나에 대한 혐오와 분노가 극에 달한 지경이다.\n그럼에도 이 좁은문을 통과하지 않고서는 내 인생의 구원은 영원히 오지 않기에 나는 나만의 루틴과 나만의 행시 수험 시스템을 구축했다.\n하나는 내 공부를 강제할수 있는 이 홈페이지를 만들었고 다른 하나는 수년간의 내 저질같은 의지력에 완벽하게 들어맞을 일일 루틴을 만들었다.\n시간을 허비하면서까지 홈페이지를 만든 이유는 나는 공부를 시작하고 독서를 하면 사유의 힘이 강화되고 아이디어가 많이 생겨나는데 그걸 모아둘 아카이브가 없어서 기록이 흐지부지 되는걸 막기 위해서다.\n내가 공부를하고 독서를 하면서 내 미래 자산으로 쓰여질 내 사유과정들을 모아둘 곳이 필요했다.\n이런 시스템을 강제하면 여기에 내 사유를 누적시키기 위해서라도 공부를 하게 될것 같았다.\n모든건 다 준비되었다.\n이젠 공부만 하면 되는거였다.\n근데 이 시스템 구축하고 나한테 딱맞는 루틴을 조정하느라 뇌력을 다써버렸는지 또 공부를 안하고 포기하게 된다.\n진짜 나란 인간 지긋지긋하다.\n그럼에도 나아가야만 하기에 수험 루틴을 또 조정한다.\n기존 계획:\n04:43 기상 05:00~08:00 PSAT 10:00~16:00 2차 기출 청크수집 16:00 운동 19:00~21:00 독서 및 기록 문제:\n나에게 딱 맞는 루틴을 그냥 하기만 하면 되는데 뭔가 이 완벽한 루틴을 지켜야한다는 강박이 걸렸는지 아예 시작조차 하질 못하고 있다.\n늦잠을 자거나 아프거나 아님 기상은 했는데 뭔가 지쳐서 낮잠자거나 중간에 유툽보면서 놀아버렸을때 혹은 집안일로 공백이 생겼을때 다시 공부 이어나가기가 힘들고 충분히 남은 시간이 충분한데도 첫 새벽타임부터 단 1분이라도 무너지면 단추부터 잘못 꿰어진 찝찝한 느낌에 공부시간이 충분히 남아있는데도 그날 하루를 통채로 포기하고 놀아버리게 됨\n공부가 잘 되더라도 이놈의 홈페이지 기록을 포기할수 없다는 집착으로 공부만 하기도 바쁜데 또 이런 기록에 신경쓰며 왠지 시간을 너무많이 허비하고 에너지를 낭비하는것같은 가성비 구린 느낌도 길을 잘못들었나는 생각이 듦.\n그래서 공부시간 따로 하고 홈페이지에 공부나 사유 기록하는걸 별도로 저녁에 하려고 한건데 뭔가 그 즉시 통찰이 생기거나 정리할때 기록한걸 나중에 스킵하고 다시 또 꺼내 정리하려니 귀찮고 맥이 끊김.\n그렇다고 공부하는 시간중에 기록을 하고 홈페이지 등록작업을 하자니 기록에 필요한 설정시간이 너무 들어서 뒷 공부 스케줄이 밀려서 또 그걸로 스케줄이 틀어지면 또 공부 포기하고 쉬어버리게 됨\n공부도 포기할수 없고, 독서도 포기할수 없고, 기록도 포기할수 없고, 내 미래자산이 될 내 사유를 누적시키는것도 포기할수 없고, 늙어서 잠은 충분히 자야하고, 운동도 해야 하고, 가족과 소소한 행복도 가져야 하고 ,,,,,,\n아 젠장 이걸 다 가지려면 그야말로 24시간이 부족한데 생각만으로 질려서 다 포기하고 드러눕게 됨\n그래서 오늘 문득 든 생각이 24시간으로 이걸 다 해내지 못할꺼라면 그냥 시간관념 날짜관념 하루라는 개념을 내 인식에서 아예 없애고 내 행위에만 집중하면 어떨까 하는 생각이 들었다.\n그리고 내가 이 홈페이지와 내 루틴을 만들었을때처럼 세월을 망각하는 이 방식이 적어도 나에게만큼은 딱 맞을꺼 같다는 확신이 들었다.\n중요한건 내 생체리듬만 24시간 리듬으로 기상시간, 취침시간, 운동시간만 칸트처럼 철저히 지키고\n그외 공부 루틴은 풀 루틴\n1차 피셋 40문제 풀기-\u0026gt;2차 경제학, 행정법, 행정학, 정치학 기출문제 1문제씩 청크 수집하기-\u0026gt;독서 2시간\n이걸 2차 기출문제 전부 분석하고 입법고시 기출문제까지 전부 분석한뒤 내가 2차 각 과목별 시험 범위가 내 머릿속에서 대략 그려져서 무엇을 선별적으로 인풋해야 할지 감 잡힐때까지 무한 반복하자는 생각이 들었다.\n뭔가 시간으로 루틴을 강제로 끊으면 시간을 반드시 지켜야 된다는 강박에 몰입도 안되고 공부도 하다말고 흐름끊기고 흐름 끊기는순간 공부를 놔버리고 놀게됨.\n공부량을 줄여서 루틴을 하자니 점점 갈수록 공부량이 줄고 딴 생각만 하면서 시간만 채우는 기만적인 공부를 하게 됨.\n어차피 전부 포기할수 없고 힘들어도 꾸역꾸역 전부 하고 싶은데 문제는 루틴시간을 정확하게 지켜내지 못하는것때문에 충분히 시간이 있는데도 나머지 시간 포기해버리는게 문제라면\n시간을 꼭 지켜 일일 루틴을 유지한다는 생각을 과감히 버리고 시간과 세월을 내 인식속에서 아예 지워버리고 공부에만 집중하는게 답이 될수 있지 않을까.\n나는 그냥 언제 기상을 하든 집에 무슨일이 있든 중간에 공부의욕이 안생겨서 공부를 쉬든\n어쨌든 바로 이전공부를 이어서 하면되는거고 기상 취침 운동 루틴만 제시간에 정확하게 지킨다면 시간과 세월을 잊는게 루틴강박을 해소할 유일한 방법인거 같다.\n문제는 행동으로 유지되는냐인데....\n제발 이번엔 해내자!!\n아니 이런 생각조차 하지말자 또 완벽에 대한 강박생기니까.\n문제 파악 늦잠 / 낮잠 / 공백 발생 시\n→ 남은 시간이 충분해도
